Lake Washington dock moorage available in south Bellevue, up to a 48' boat, at my residence, south of Newcastle Beach Park. 50 or 30-amp power, metered, & extra. Sheltered from hard south winds by Pleasure Point. Depth is 5'-7" at the end of the dock when the lake is lowered to the minimum. Stern can stick out beyond the end of the dock without a problem, giving more depth. A parking place is generally available at the house for the dock moorage tenant, with more parking down the road. Access to your boat is via an outside stairway and pathway.
