Located about 3/4 mile north of Point Robinson Lighthouse off the eastern shore Luana Beach on Maury Island, this mooring buoy offers stunning views and a front-row seat to Puget Sound’s marine wildlife.

Boaters often spot orcas, humpbacks, porpoises, harbor seals, and bald eagles in the area. It’s part of a designated Whale Trail site, making it a great stop for nature lovers.

This location is protected from southerly winds but is exposed to northerly wind and weather.

Please note that there is no shore access at this location—this is a water-only moorage with no dock or landing point. Bring all necessary provisions with you.
