Jim King Park and Boat Ramp at Sisters Creek Marina Jacksonv
Jim King Park and Boat Ramp at Sisters Creek Marina Jacksonville, FL – Located on Pine Island, 72 hours free dockage is available in the 23 acre park, which is the site of a former commercial marina purchased by the City of Jacksonville in 1997. There is no power hookup available. Restrooms but no showers are available, picnic area, and playground are available. Floating concrete docks on the north side of the park are located directly off the ICW in Clapboard Creek across from Sister Island. Some charts show this is Hannah Mills Creek.
The park is the location of the annual Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament and is closed to the public during the tournament held in July each year. Check http://kingfishtournament.com/ for dates.
Caution is advised due to large sunken vessel at the dock as of March 2022. There is still room for additional vessels to dock, but available space is reduced.
