By adding their tie-up to the OnBuoy community, dock and buoy owners provide a benefit to fellow boaters, help preserve our precious marine environment, and ensure that their equipment is always in good working order. Furthermore, each time an owner hosts a fellow boater on their tie-up, OnBuoy donates a percentage of the proceeds to a local marine charity and the host receives an honorarium to help offset the cost of maintaining their equipment.

We’ve invested in a map layer that shows the locations of public moorages, located at Local municipalities, and State and National Parks. This feature contributes to our goal of building a thriving boating community that supports the environment. We want to make public moorages accessible to avoid additional anchor drops and contribute to a smooth boating experience.
Locate the nearest fuel dock
There is also a layer to add all available fuel dock locations. Tap this feature to make sure you know where the closest places to fill up are located for your next boating trip.

Pump out, don’t dump out! We’ve also added a layer with pump out stations to make the pump out process that much smoother.
